Who wants to have newborn photo's done..

No that's not a typo, I love newborn photography I have not advertised for it while on island much and would like to start offering more sessions to those people who are interested. I need to update my portfolio, what better way to do that is to give away TWO free in-home lifestyle newborn sessions. 

Now I am a lifestyle newborn photographer which is different from a studio newborn photographer. Lifestyle newborn photography is about connection and capturing those special moments you have. I keep everything very natural with the sessions and incorporate siblings into the shoots as well.

My little Bundle has arrived.... Jordyn Riley

My daughter made her grand appearance into this world May 16th, it's been a crazy 6 weeks adjusting to four kids. I have already started taking sessions again and cannot wait for what this year holds for my business. 

Here are some quick photo's of my daughter the day after she was born. She was a big baby 9 pounds 13oz, she is basically all cheeks.

New BABY, new Site.. a lot is going on behind the scenes here at Louise Restorff Photography

Hi everyone! I know I made a post a while ago about our impending arrival of our fourth child (our FINAL child at that).  She could come any day now, so I’ve taken a step back and been preparing our home for her arrival.  This also gives me a chance to really work on my photography business on a side that I’ve been greatly neglecting, the social media aspect (blogging, website areas). I have finished my new webpage that will have all the information you will need on there as well as a good overview of some of the work I do. I will be making two blog posts a week now to keep everyone up to date on the happenings here at Louise Restorff Photography. When I return to work in July/August time frame, I will be giving away THREE yes THREE sessions so keep an eye out on my blog for that I will announce that end of June with all the details. I am enjoying this small break and going to take a couple photography seminars to make sure that I am giving the best I can to my clients as well as adjust to being a mother of four. Send some caffeine my way I might need it the first couple of months tell I can get into a routine. This little man decided to come two days before he was going to be evicted out of his mommy's tummy. He was such a great baby, he was just sleeping away the whole time I was there. Mom and dad looked overjoyed with him. As they should be he is just to stinking cute, I made a small video clip of some of the session below as well as some of my favorites.
